Skillfully butchered succulent turkey joint for easy roasting. Our own butchers remove the breast meat and then net wrapped to produce an easy cooking and carving joint. Once cooked simply remove the net wrap and carve away . All our breast joints are supplied with fresh Rosemary and a small giblet bag for that all important gravy.
